- All data shared when entering the Manager of the Year Awards will be used for administration ONLY. Nomination details will be kept private and selected details only will be shared with our carefully selected Judging Committee in order to make their selection. The Judging Committee will sign an NDA.
- Nominator will be asked to provide nominee’s and Company’s Representative consent for completing the submission.
- The nominee will be asked to provide Company’s Representative consent for completing their submission.
- The nominee’s and Company’s Representative Consent should be given separately for each category of submission.
- Organizing Company and members of its group will not use your data for any marketing purposes outside of these awards unless you give us consent.

The person that nominates somebody else for one or more of the 22 awarding categories. In order to proceed with a nomination, the nominator must have the consent of the person he/she nominates.
- Applicant/ Candidate
Applicant is the person that submits a candidacy on his/her own behalf. Applicants may choose one or more of the 22 awarding categories.
- Nominee/ Candidate
Nominee or Candidate is the person that will be nominated for one or more of the awarding categories.
- Company Representative
In any of the above cases, the legal representative of the company who signs the consent form, thereby allowing the Nominator, the Nominee or the Applicant to submit the candidacy. The consent form must clearly mention the name of the applicant or the nominee. In case of more than one candidacies, separate consent forms are required per candidacy.

9. DELEGATES’ LIST
The profiles and a list of registered participants will be available on the event’s webpage/platform prior, during and after the Event/Manager of the Year Award. By registering for the Event/ Manager of the Year Award, I consent to my first and last name, job title and company to be included in the participants’ list and the chat feature of the platform. Ι also agree to my contact data being passed to sponsors and exhibitors to contact me as a follow-up from my attendance of event “Manager of the Year 2022” organized by S20 Media Lab Ltd – Slide2Open Communications. Use of your contact data is governed by the sponsor’s/exhibitor’s Privacy Policy.
10. APPLICABLE LAW – COMPETENT COURTS
These Terms & Conditions, an integral part of which is the Privacy Policy, as well as any modification or change therein, are governed by the Cypriot law and any relevant dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.
