Angelina Koutsomitopoulou
Head of Organizational Development & Internal Communication at Piraeus Bank
For more than 20 years her professional journey has emerged through fundamental corporate transformation in the Telco and Financial Services sectors. Since 2017 she has joined Piraeus Bank, as Head of Organizational Development & Internal Communication.
From 2000 until 2016 she was part of OTE group, holding multiple management roles in Human Resources including change management, people engagement and communications. She has sharpened her leadership skills in HR areas such as enhancing performance management, identifying/ acquiring and managing talent, reskilling/ upskilling, incentivizing and rewarding.
Angelina is a graduate from Pierce and Deree College- The American College of Greece, and holds an MSc in International Management from the University of Reading, UK.
